How and when we deliver work.
All webhubseo services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products. This policy describes how we communicate, structure delivery, and handle timelines for each type of engagement.
Deliverables are sent digitally via email or shared document links (Google Drive or equivalent). These include reports in PDF or Google Docs format, spreadsheets (Google Sheets or CSV), redirect maps and technical documentation, content in Google Docs or direct upload, and Looker Studio dashboard links for reporting engagements.
Work begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation. After payment, you will receive a project intake form to gather any access credentials or information needed. The formal project start date is the date this intake form is returned to us with all required information.
Your primary point of contact is hello@webhubseo.com. We respond to client emails within 1 business day. For Authority Build and Total Dominance engagements, you also receive a monthly check-in call. All communications are in English.
If we anticipate a delay to an agreed timeline, we will notify you by email at least 5 business days in advance with a revised delivery date and reason. If a delay is caused by outstanding information or access from your side, the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
