These Terms of Service govern your purchase of digital SEO services from webhubseo, a business operating at 240 W Mechanic St, Frostburg, MD 21532, USA. By placing an order or paying for services, you agree to these terms.
webhubseo provides digital SEO services including competitor intelligence, SEO-safe website migrations, franchise SEO, digital PR and link building, video and YouTube SEO, and conversion-optimised SEO. All services are delivered digitally. Services do not include physical products, offline consulting, or any services not described on our website.
Orders are placed through our website using Stripe Checkout. Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are displayed in USD with all applicable fees. You will receive an email confirmation of your order after successful payment. Work begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
All deliverables are provided digitally via email or shared document links. Delivery timelines are outlined on each service page and package description. Timelines begin from the date of payment confirmation. We will communicate any delays that are outside our control.
For service delivery, you agree to: provide accurate information about your business and website, respond to requests for access or information within 5 business days, grant read-level access to Google Search Console and Analytics where required, and review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced as part of your engagement including reports, content, redirect maps, and strategy documents. webhubseo retains the right to reference your engagement for portfolio and case study purposes without disclosing confidential information.
SEO outcomes depend on many factors including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and the technical condition of your website. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic levels. We guarantee documented professional work performed according to the scope of your engagement.
Our liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Allegany County, Maryland.
