webhubseo offers refunds on digital SEO services under the following conditions. Because our services involve significant skilled labour, we cannot offer blanket refunds once work has progressed. We evaluate each situation fairly and in good faith.
If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Work is considered to have begun once you have received your project intake form, a kickoff confirmation, or any initial research or deliverable. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@webhubseo.com.
If the intelligence or audit phase is complete but no strategy or implementation work has been delivered, a 70% refund of the total engagement fee will be issued. This covers the cost of the audit work performed.
If you cancel after strategy has been delivered and approved, or during the implementation phase, we will calculate the value of work completed and issue a partial refund based on the remaining undelivered scope. The calculation will be documented and shared with you before any refund is processed.
If you are dissatisfied with work quality, contact us at hello@webhubseo.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We respond within 2 business days and resolve most issues without escalation. We are committed to fair outcomes.
No refund is available if: all deliverables have been provided and approved; the engagement is complete; or cancellation occurs more than 90 days after payment without any reported concerns during that period.
